Access to premium tools and continuous training We seek a highly strategic and results-driven SEO Specialist capable of leading the organic positioning of our brands in the digital environment, optimizing the acquisition of qualified leads and increasing search engine visibility within the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies. * Advanced keyword research (search intent, volume, competition, and commercial opportunities). * Technical website optimization (speed, indexing, structure, technical SEO). * Creation, management, and maintenance of websites (WordPress or other CMS). * Implementation of high-impact link-building strategies. * Analysis of SEO metrics (organic traffic, CTR, conversions, rankings). * Development of AI-driven automations applied to SEO (content generation, keyword clustering, semantic analysis, etc.). * Coordination with marketing, design, and content teams. * Continuous monitoring of SEO trends and algorithm updates. **Requirements** * Proven experience as an SEO Specialist (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). * Solid knowledge of web architecture, UX, and conversion-oriented CRO. * Experience in website development and management. * Familiarity with automations and AI tools applied to digital marketing. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and data-driven decision making. * Excellent writing and comprehension skills for SEO-oriented content. **We Value** * Experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, or plastic surgery sector. * Knowledge of Paid Media (Meta Ads / Google Ads) as a strategic complement. * Focus on lead generation and conversion funnels. **We Offer** * Integration into a growing brand with high digital potential. * Career path in strategic marketing. * Access to premium tools and continuous training. * Excellent work environment and professional team.
