Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies At Fractal, a Peruvian IT consulting firm with over 11 years of experience in the national and international markets, we are looking for a professional to fill the position of UX Research Designer to collaborate in a hybrid capacity on a 6-month project with one of our clients in the banking sector. Requirements * Higher education degree * Professional experience of more than 3 years as a UX/UI Designer * Solid experience in UX research — Mandatory * Preparation of detailed documentation * Experience designing, planning, and executing user research studies through interviews, surveys, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, among others * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gather insights into user behavior and needs * Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms to identify patterns and improvement opportunities * Experience preparing reports with key findings and recommendations for optimizing the user experience Benefits * AWS training * Corporate discounts * Wellness activities and more...
