Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to maintain building areas clean and orderly, performing daily cleaning and reporting incidents. Key Points: 1. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the building 2. Perform daily cleaning of all common areas 3. Report malfunctions or irregularities in common areas We are Gibson Investments, a company specializing in condominium management with over 15 years in the market, offering a cleaning staff position for buildings in the district of Surquillo. Net salary: S/. 1500 (payments are made on the 4th of the following month). **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for keeping building areas clean and orderly * Perform daily cleaning of all condominium areas (floors, staircases, glass surfaces, partitions, storage rooms, reception, common areas, elevators, parking areas, etc.) * Responsible for requesting the monthly cleaning supplies list. * Report any malfunctions, breakages, or irregularities affecting the operation or aesthetics of common areas to the security and administration staff. **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one day off), in 8-hour shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. * Knowledge of cleaning products and proper application techniques to ensure care of materials and equipment. * No police or judicial records. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the 2nd month * 15 days of annual vacation * Enrollment in Essalud * Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP) * Bonus payments in July and December * Double pay for holidays worked (if required) * Pleasant work environment **Important Notes:** * 1-month probationary period under honorarium receipt; transition to formal payroll starting from the 2nd month * Holidays must be worked * Net salary: S/1,305 (after deduction of pension system contribution) * Immediate availability required **Dress Code:** * Solid-color polo shirt (black, white, or navy blue) without logos, preferably long-sleeved * Sweatpants (black, blue, or gray) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Do you have immediate availability to start working? * How many years or months of experience do you have as cleaning staff? * Do you agree with the working hours and salary stated in this posting?
