Performance-based incentives **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Production Operators – With or Without Experience** At **Panificadora Dulce Comienzo**, a company specializing in nougat candy production, we are looking for responsible, committed individuals who are highly motivated to learn. What will you do? * Manufacture nougat candies. * Assemble and package products. * Support the production process. **No experience required!** We provide training and onboarding from your first day. We offer: Salary of **S/ 1,200** \+ overtime pay. **Bi-weekly** payments. Enrollment in the **MYPE payroll system** starting on day one. Statutory benefits: bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and 50% vacation entitlement. Positive work environment. Performance-based incentives.
