Provide analytical support to commercial and field teams Join Marco's team and together co\-create strategies and solutions that shape people's lives in the trade marketing industry. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Analyze sales, inventory, and account coverage data for assigned accounts. * Generate timely stock-out alerts and propose replenishment suggestions. * Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., sell-out, market share, etc.). * Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for commercial tracking. * Propose and implement sales-driven commercial strategies. * Provide analytical support to commercial and field teams. * Validate the quality and consistency of reported data. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, BI) to ensure proper execution of plans. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial analysis, trade marketing, or similar roles. * Preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or telecommunications. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, databases). * Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred. * Basic understanding of commercial and sales KPIs. **What do we offer?** Salary: 2000 base \+ 500 commission Referral bonus: 70 SOLES **Payment for participating in our Social Media Content Creator Program:** up to $100 USD per quarter **How to join our team:** **Initial Pre-screening:** Upon application, you’ll answer a series of initial questions to determine if you meet the minimum requirements. **Interview with AVI and Brief Call:** If you pass pre-screening, you’ll have an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a short call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance, you’ll have an interview with the client account you’re applying to. You’ll receive feedback on your performance the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we’ll extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, you’ll submit required documents, complete information upload, undergo medical exams, and sign your employment contract.
