




Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Assistant to support the execution of programs, session tracking, participant engagement, and academic information management at an online executive training center. Participation in the development of academic offerings On behalf of our client — a newly launched online executive training center focused on high-impact, short-format programs for business professionals, emphasizing real-world learning and case-based instruction — we are looking for an Academic Assistant. JOB OBJECTIVE Provide academic and administrative support in program execution, assisting with session tracking, participant engagement, and academic information management to ensure smooth departmental operations and a high-value learning experience. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the organization, tracking, and delivery of courses, programs, and live sessions. * Monitor session progress, recording instructor and participant attendance as well as relevant incidents. * Upload and maintain virtual classroom (LMS) content: materials, schedules, links, recordings, and announcements. * Keep participant and program information updated in the system. * Respond to participant inquiries and requests, following up on cases involving low progress or risk of dropout. * Coordinate with instructors regarding material delivery and timely submission of grades and evaluations. * Manage and organize academic deliverables, ensuring proper tracking and storage. * Support the administration of satisfaction surveys and preparation of progress reports. * Assist in issuing certificates, attendance confirmations, and academic records. * Report and perform other duties inherent to the position. REQUIRED PROFILE * Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or university graduate in Education, Administration, Communication Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of desirable experience in academic and administrative roles (preferably in education or training sectors). * Proficiency in digital tools (email, Excel/Sheets, video conferencing platforms). * Familiarity with educational platforms or LMS (e.g., Moodle, Tutor LMS, Canvas) is desirable. * Strong written communication skills. * Organized, proactive, with good communication skills and attention to detail. * Full-time availability.
