Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in preparing traditional Peruvian appetizers and performing quick cuts, who is responsible and courteous. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in traditional Peruvian cuisine 2. Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments 3. No work on Sundays or holidays (paid) Good day. We require a kitchen assistant with prior experience (mandatory), knowledge of traditional appetizers, and experience in peeling and cutting quickly. The first 4 hours are carried out at a production center in Surquillo, and at noon, staff move to San Borja for the next 4 hours, which are dedicated to dishwashing.
