Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation Analyst to design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Automate to optimize processes and reduce manual tasks. Automation Analyst – Microsoft Power Platform **Work Mode:** On-site per project – Lima **Company:** PROGRÁMATE At **PROGRÁMATE**, we continue strengthening our technological capabilities and seek to onboard an **Automation Analyst – Microsoft Power Platform**, who will help us design and implement automation solutions for our projects and clients. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience working with **Microsoft Power Platform**, especially **Power Automate**, capable of understanding business processes and transforming them into automated workflows, integrations, and solutions that reduce manual tasks and improve operational traceability. What will you do? * Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. * Design, develop, and maintain workflows using **Power Automate Cloud**. * Implement desktop automation using **Power Automate Desktop**. * Develop solutions and applications using **Power Apps**. * Work with **SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services**. * Implement approval processes, notifications, validations, and traceability. * Integrate solutions using standard connectors, APIs, and external services when required. * Participate in automations related to document processing, emails, and files. * Support integrations with enterprise systems and ERPs. * Document implemented processes, workflows, configurations, and solutions. * Execute testing and support deployment of automations. * Provide support and perform enhancements on existing solutions. * Collaborate with technical leads, functional analysts, and development teams. Requirements * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree, or Technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computing, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience participating in automation projects, software development, or digital solution implementation**. * Practical experience using **Microsoft Power Automate**. * Knowledge of **Power Automate Cloud**. * Knowledge of **Power Automate Desktop**. * Knowledge of **Power Apps**. * Familiarity with the **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**. * Experience handling data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, SQL Server, or similar. * Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON. * Ability to analyze and understand business processes. * Ability to document technical and functional solutions.
