Opportunities for process improvement and use of AI tools. **Job Description** Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and align them strategically. Validate that requests comply with IT guidelines and processes. Main Responsibilities * Generate periodic reports on demand status and portfolio. * Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders. * Support prioritization and preparation of demand review committees. * Ensure adherence to methodology, standards, and procedures. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and management workflows. * Propose practical improvements to optimize time and operational efficiency. * Use AI tools to optimize operational and documentation tasks. * Support automation of reporting and information consolidation. **Profile** Requirements * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of project management (scope, time, cost, risks). * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience or knowledge in demand/portfolio management (basic level). * Interest or experience in process improvement. * Knowledge or experience using AI tools for automation.
