If you possess a vision of continuous improvement and wish to grow professionally, this is your opportunity. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualification:** A professionally qualified graduate in one of the following fields: Lawyer, Bachelor in Business Administration, Commercial Engineer, Bachelor in Communication Sciences, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Industrial Relations Specialist. **Experience:** Three (03\) or more years of supervisory experience in customer service or call center operations, or four (04\) or more years of experience as an analyst within the electrical sector. **Training:** * Forty (40\) accumulated instructional hours in training on Customer Service and/or Regulatory Framework in the Electrical Sector and/or Regulation of the Electrical Sector and/or Risk Prevention and/or Safety and/or Industrial Safety and/or Occupational Health and Safety and/or Workplace Safety and Health and/or Human Resource Management and/or Personnel Management and/or Public Service Management, Law or Energy Regulation and/or Legal Management of Customer Service Processes and/or Regulatory Framework in the Electrical Sector and/or Regulation of the Electrical Sector. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating service delivery at the Arequipa, La Joya, Cono Norte, Lambramani Shopping Center, Virtual Channels, Paseo Central, MAC Center, and tablet-based offices; additionally, will act as representative on contractual aspects of the Service. Will be responsible for submitting work reports, work settlement, processing billing for services rendered, and ensuring full compliance with the service. **Details:** * Must be available to work in Arequipa. **Note:** Please submit your documented CV.
