Advanced Excel and digital tools training **Position Objective** Design and deliver the **Professional Excel Program**, developing participants' technical competencies for efficient handling of administrative data, information analysis, process automation, and executive report presentation, incorporating **applied artificial intelligence tools** and best practices in corporate communication. **3. Key Responsibilities** * Plan and conduct theoretical–practical program sessions according to the approved syllabus. * Develop content and applied activities for the following modules: * Excel fundamentals and administrative data management. * Intermediate functions and information analysis. * Administrative process modeling and operational control. * Task automation and VBA macros. * Executive communication, applied AI, and report presentation. * Design practical exercises based on real-world administrative and business cases. * Assess participant progress through hands-on exercises, projects, and applied evaluations. * Advise participants on optimizing processes using Excel and digital tools. * Integrate AI tools for analysis, visualization, and enhancement of reports. * Continuously update content in alignment with technological trends and labor market needs. * Coordinate with the academic department to ensure proper program implementation. **4. Position Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Professional degree in **Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Economics**, or related fields. * Certification in **Advanced Excel** or data analysis tools (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum **2 years** of advanced Excel experience in administrative, financial, or managerial environments. * Experience in training, teaching, or hands-on workshops (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Basic, intermediate, and advanced Excel. * Logical, statistical, financial, and lookup functions. * Pivot tables, charts, and dashboards. * Administrative process modeling and operational control. * Automation via macros and introductory VBA concepts. * Use of AI tools applied to data analysis and executive report generation. **5.
