Job Summary: Kantaya seeks a Project Analyst to lead the implementation of initiatives, designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure objective achievement and continuous improvement. Promotes continuous learning to strengthen programs. \#JobOpportunity ✨ At Kantaya, a non-profit association, we aim to transform the lives of vulnerable children in Peru through quality education. **Project Analyst: Implementation \+ M\&E** **Mission**: Lead the implementation of Kantaya’s projects and initiatives, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure objective achievement, implementation quality, and generation of evidence for continuous improvement and decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead project planning, implementation, and follow-up, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and deliverables. * Coordinate implementation with strategic partners, internal teams, and other key stakeholders, promoting efficient and collaborative management. * Monitor project performance and impact using indicators, ensuring data quality and generating reports for decision-making and donors. * Analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning to strengthen programs. * Provide technical support in funding proposal formulation, contributing evidence, indicators, and results to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness. **Profile We Seek:** * Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication for Development, or related fields. Training in management, monitoring, and evaluation of social projects. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the social or education sector. **Knowledge**: Project management. Design and tracking of indicators and measurement tools. Data analysis. Intermediate–advanced MS Office. Intermediate–advanced Excel. MS 365 collaborative tools. Advanced English.
