REQUIREMENTS \- Graduate of Gastronomy program \- Knowledge of HACCP and BPM \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions \- Availability to work split shifts in San Isidro RESPONSIBILITIES \- Prepare mise en place \- Prepare dishes \- Supervise the kitchen area \- Keep your work area clean \- Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
