Job Summary: We are seeking a BI/Data Analyst to design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards; identify information requirements; and optimize report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze trends to identify opportunities and propose improvements BI / DATA ANALYST **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards in **Power BI**, as well as operational and managerial reports to support decision-making. * Identify business information requirements and translate them into clear **metrics, KPIs, and reports**, aligned with each department’s objectives. * Extract, clean, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring **data quality, consistency, and reliability**. * Analyze trends, patterns, and behaviors in data to identify opportunities and propose improvement actions. * Optimize and automate recurring report generation using **Power BI, advanced Excel, and macros**. * Address specific information requests and generate analyses supporting management and monitoring of KPIs. * Provide guidance to internal users for correct interpretation and use of dashboards and reports. * Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of processed information. **Experience, Knowledge, and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years of proven experience** as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Management Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar roles. * Proven experience with **Power BI**, including dashboard and KPI development and management. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, including pivot tables, advanced functions, automation, and macros. * Knowledge of data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis. * Experience developing descriptive analyses and generating decision-support KPIs. * Familiarity with **Power Query and DAX language** is desirable. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy to fulfill information requests. **Position Conditions** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid. * **On-site Requirement:** 2 days per month. * **Work Location:** Cerro Colorado, Arequipa. * **Contract Duration:** 1 month.
