We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Lead the planning of the quality management system, as defined in the organization’s strategy, integrating processes. * Plan the control of the quality management system, integrating processes. * Monitor the review of current contractual obligations of the project. * Evaluate compliance with quality functions. * Coordinate and follow up on the collection and segregation of solid waste by all personnel. * Identify quality non-conformities to initiate corrective actions. * Prepare reports according to Contract requirements. * Conduct inspections and prepare monthly reports on actions and measures implemented to comply with quality plan activities. * Perform other responsibilities inherent to the position as assigned. **We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:** * Environmental Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mining Engineer, or related field * Courses / certifications: Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and/or Project Management; Diploma / Specialization: Soils and Pavements * Diploma / Specialization: Soils and Pavements * Quality Supervisor, Quality Coordinator, or related role with 3–5 years of experience **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (medical insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle practices. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
