Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of value. **Agile Project Manager** **What will be your mission?** Lead teams using a dual approach: ensuring daily operations (Run) while driving transformation initiatives (Change), guaranteeing KPI compliance and proper execution of projects aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Translate business vision into clear, measurable, and executable initiatives aligned with OKRs * Manage the Product Backlog in Jira (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) * Identify opportunities where AI can add value to the business or product * Lead agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, retros, refinement), ensuring smooth flow and focus * Remove blockers and ensure team operational continuity * Manage cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, motivation, and workload * Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure delivery of value **Profile We Are Seeking:** * \+2 years of experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager * Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) * Solid proficiency in Jira (backlog management, metrics, dashboards) * Experience in sectors such as software, ERP, fintech, or B2B solutions * Ability to understand business processes (ideally: accounting/tax) * Experience writing clear and functional user stories * Knowledge of prioritization methodologies (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF) **What We Offer:** * 100% remote work. * Formal employment contract \+ health insurance (EPS). * Professional growth opportunities * Participation in AI-driven innovation projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager? * Which agile methodologies have you used? * What is your level of proficiency with Jira?
