Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for administrative tasks, data entry and information registration, as well as support in report preparation and document filing within the electrical energy sector. Integration into the electrical energy team At **ENCOSSA SAC**, an electrical energy sector contracting company, we are currently seeking a ***Data Entry Clerk***. **Requirements:** * Experience in data entry and/or administrative tasks. * Computer literacy. * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate level). * Basic knowledge of electricity (not mandatory). * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Age: between 19 and 25 years old. **Responsibilities:** * Perform data entry and information registration tasks. * Provide appropriate support for reports submitted by the Site Coordinator, * transcribing them for submission to the Settlements Department. * File delivered documents, such as reports validated by the client. * Prepare reports in Excel. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Biweekly and timely salary payments. * Opportunity for growth and training. * Excellent working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
