What are the challenges? \- Assist in designing the prefiguration of welcoming contexts. \- Assist in designing and implementing high-cognitive-demand learning experiences, following project-oriented pedagogy. \- Assist and stay informed about creating research contexts grounded in project-oriented pedagogy, committing to personal research on the concept being explored by the children. \- Support caregiving moments by anticipating our actions for children and transforming these contexts into spaces of participation, learning, and relationship-building. \- Contribute to developing positive relationships with members of the educational community. What are we looking for? \- Graduate or final-year student in Early Childhood Education \- Minimum experience required for this position.
