We value individual responsibility and collaboration as the foundation for achieving common goals and generating positive impact within the organization. * Can clearly express ideas and interact confidently and empathetically with various stakeholders. * Is eager to learn — and to learn quickly! — enjoys tackling new challenges, and expands knowledge daily. **Responsibilities:** Evaluate bank processes (business, management, and support) and the supporting structure: * Analyze and understand the objectives and scope of work to contribute to developing user stories in the work plan. * Participate in planning activities, execute tasks outlined in the work program, and carry out assigned fieldwork. * Participate in sample selection for test application. * Define general and/or analytical tests to identify inherent risks and controls associated with reviewed processes, and assess control effectiveness and sufficiency of audited processes. * Support the Team Leader in prioritizing user stories across the entire backlog and within each sprint. * Document information supporting performed tests, conclusions, and identified issues. * Sign off on work papers using documentation tools, verifying their integrity and sufficiency. * Present proposed action plans derived from test findings to the Team Leader. * Actively participate in periodic meetings with the team or other Building Blocks/areas involved in the project, as defined by the Agile archetype. * Support the Team Leader in quantifying proposed weaknesses according to the internal audit methodology. * Actively participate in report preparation. Timely enter activity reports into internal audit tools for review by responsible auditors. * Provide continuous feedback to team participants (team leader, program manager, coach, etc.) and complete evaluations. * Follow up on recommendations and coordinate with responsible users to gather sufficient evidence enabling their re-planning or implementation. * Be part of an audit project team operating within Advance Analytics. * Maintain updated knowledge of internal audit regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and drive continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements:** * Graduate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Systems Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Internal Control within the financial sector. * Basic financial and banking knowledge, risk assessment, control frameworks, and database handling. * Advanced English proficiency. * Required skills: Commitment, initiative, continuous learning, analytical capability, critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork in global environments. * Artificial intelligence knowledge (Desirable) * Specializations in finance and/or technology (Desirable) * Programming/scripting languages: Python, ACL (Desirable) **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
