Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed duration) **What Are We Looking For?** Maintain full promoter staffing. Provide necessary tools and reports for Advisors to perform effectively in commercial management. Conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure objective achievement and improve team dispersion and productivity. Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned objectives. Coordinate special campaigns with internal support areas and BBVA. Distribute databases assigned by BBVA. Keep the team trained and motivated, ensuring the best customer purchasing experience. Track and manage vacation scheduling, commission settlements, payroll slips, invoices, and commission claims. Monitor, record, and submit daily sales activity reports. Monitor and ensure compliance with policies and processes to guarantee proper sales practices. Propose process and product improvements.
