




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and dynamic professional for strategic acquisition of potential customers, commercial follow-up, and development of sales opportunities. This position focuses on strategic acquisition of potential customers, commercial follow-up, and development of sales opportunities. We seek an analytical, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with skills to build business relationships and manage customer databases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Consistently manage, retain, and expand the assigned and self-generated customer portfolio. * Close direct and corporate sales upon completion of the culinary experience. * Apply the chain prospecting system (acquiring 10 key referrals per session) to ensure continuity and growth of the customer portfolio. * Coordinate appointments and contact with potential customers. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical graduate or university student in final cycles. * **Preferred fields of study:** Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Hospitality and Tourism, or related disciplines. * Desirable experience in sales, customer service, or HR (not mandatory—we provide training!). * Excellent verbal fluency, persuasion, and negotiation skills. **Benefits:** * Base salary of S/. 1,200 + attractive commission structure (no cap). * Ongoing training in premium sales techniques, neuromarketing, and customer database management. * Excellent work environment and short-term career path.
