Position Summary: Support the registration, control, and analysis of accounting, tax, and administrative transactions, ensuring legal compliance and accurate financial information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and tax transaction registration, control, and analysis 2. Support in preparing financial statements and management reports 3. Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Provide support in the registration, control, and analysis of the company's accounting, tax, and administrative transactions, ensuring timely fulfillment of legal obligations and accurate preparation of financial information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record purchases, sales, bank transactions, and other accounting entries in the system. * Review and validate payment vouchers in accordance with current tax regulations. * Perform control and archiving of accounting and tax documentation. * Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports. * Conduct account analysis and substantiate balances. * Respond to requests from regulatory authorities such as SUNAT, SUNAFIL, and others. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and financial institutions to obtain necessary information. * Maintain up-to-date electronic accounting books and records. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of tax and labor regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
