Job Summary: An accounting firm is seeking a Payroll Assistant to calculate payroll, social benefits, prepare PLAME (Electronic Payroll and Labor Information System) filings, generate reports, and manage accounting entries. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in calculating bonuses, CTS, and profit-sharing 2. Proficiency in payroll journal entries and monthly accruals 3. Generation and preparation of client-specific reports The accounting firm is currently seeking a **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Administration * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field * Knowledge of payroll systems * Understanding of tax and labor regulations **Responsibilities:** * Accurately calculate payroll for bonuses, CTS, severance settlements, and profit-sharing; coordinate payments with relevant departments. * Calculate settlement of social benefits * Responsible for preparing PLAME filings * Calculate EPS (Health Insurance) contributions * Experience and proficiency in payroll journal entries and monthly accruals * Generate and prepare client-specific reports * Knowledge of the payroll processing workflow **We Offer:** * Formal payroll registration from day one * Market-competitive remuneration * Pleasant working environment * Two professional training sessions per month * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Workplace address: Av. de Evitamiento N° 1213, Urb.
