Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Operator to monitor vehicles in real time, control image transmission, and ensure compliance with road safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with monitoring clients We are looking for a **Junior Operator** for the Operations department. **Most important requirement:** You must **know and operate GPS tracking platforms**. This is the core competency for this position. You will be responsible for monitoring vehicles in real time, controlling service-related image transmission (e.g., truck, container, license plate, identifiers), and ensuring compliance with road safety parameters. Responsibilities * Operate and manage the company's GPS tracking platforms * Ensure captured images (truck, container, license plate, identifiers, etc.) are transmitted according to the Service Instruction * Report on compliance with road safety parameters * Coordinate with monitoring clients * Perform daily scheduling of operational staff * Assign personnel and vehicles according to service requirements * Comply with SGI documents, Internal Work Regulations, and company directives * Participate in emergency drills and report risk situations * Comply with risk matrix controls * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Requirements * Completed secondary education * Minimum 5 months of experience as a Control Center Operator, monitoring assistant, or similar role * **Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with GPS tracking platforms (mandatory)** * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (desirable) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (desirable) * Honesty, commitment, punctuality, teamwork, and responsibility Benefits * Opportunity for career growth within the company * Work environment focused on safety and continuous improvement Application Question(s): * What is your current district of residence? * Phone number * Excel proficiency * Are you available for rotating shifts (between morning and night)?
