Job Summary: Execute and analyze collections management processes for individual customers, aiming to increase collections effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and analyze individual collections processes. 2. Identify and resolve delinquency issues. 3. Conduct user testing in the CORE system. **Job Description** ---------------------- Execute and analyze collections management processes for individual customers. 1\. Generate daily charges for VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DINERS processors. 2\. Ensure all customer charges are correctly sent to the processor's website and collections engine. 3\. Analyze delinquency rates for VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DINERS processors. 4\. Identify delinquency issues based on clusters of payment rejections among delinquent customers. 5\. Increase collections effectiveness for individual customers. 6\. Conduct user testing in the CORE system for business projects. 7\. Send mass SMS and email communications for managing individual customers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred). * Advanced database skills (SQL) preferred.
