Grafipapel, a company with over 29 years in the graphic industry, is looking for a Sales Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team supervision or leadership roles. * Experience in field sales and customer portfolio management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * CRM and ERP system (SAP commercial module) knowledge is desirable. * Knowledge of government procurement (Peru Compras, OSCE) is desirable. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and results-oriented skills. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the field sales team to achieve commercial objectives. * Assign individual targets and monitor work plans and sales routes. * Monitor management indicators (sales, coverage, visits, and conversion). * Review and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Train, motivate, and support the field sales team. * Identify business opportunities and support key negotiations. * Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, and marketing) to ensure customer service. * Propose improvements to commercial processes and sales strategies. * Others **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * EsSalud and Life Insurance (Law-based). * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Internship certificate. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Career path opportunities.
