Remote work, part-time (approximately 15\-20 hours per week), with monthly payment. Ideal for someone creative, organized, and eager to grow in the field of digital marketing. **Responsibilities:** Strategy and Content: Design and execute content calendars (weekly/monthly). Write copy for posts, stories, reels, and other formats. Adapt content according to each social platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook). Coordinate basic graphic and audiovisual assets while respecting brand identity. Community Management: Publish and schedule content. Respond to messages, comments, and reactions. Moderate the community and handle negative comments or crises with empathy. Metrics and Results: Prepare weekly reports (reach, interactions, engagement, growth). Analyze results and propose data-driven improvements. Brand and Trends: Stay updated on trends and algorithm changes. Ensure consistency of visual and verbal identity across all channels. **Requirements:** Junior experience managing social media (internships or personal projects are acceptable).
