Opportunity to work with plants and people **Job Description:** At **Viveros Vierdes**, we seek a proactive, friendly, and positive-attitude individual to join our in-store customer service and sales team. If you are passionate about plants, enjoy interacting with people, and like working in a natural and dynamic environment, this is your opportunity! **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in-store and provide information about our products. * Process and collect payments for sales (cash handling). * Assist with plant, pot, and gardening item display and organization. * Perform daily cash closing and sales reporting. * Provide courteous and personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 30 years. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales (preferred). * Knowledge of cash handling and payment methods. * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong communication skills. * Availability for on-site work in Sachaca, Arequipa. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation via honorarium receipt. * Pleasant and natural work environment. * Training in customer service and nursery products.
