Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architecture/Engineering Assistant to participate in project development, prepare and control quantity takeoffs, and coordinate with the technical team. Coordination with technical team The **CABACOR** team is looking for a **JUNIOR ARCHITECTURE / ENGINEERING ASSISTANT:** ***Academic Requirements:*** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in ARCHITECTURE or ENGINEERING. ***Experience:*** * One year of experience reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and specialty drawings. * One year of experience performing quantity takeoffs by item. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. ***Responsibilities:*** * Actively participate in the development of project deliverables. * Prepare and control quantity takeoffs according to specialty. * Coordinate with the technical team to ensure information quality. \- Availability to work onsite in the district of Comas \- Lima. \- Full-time \- Indicate salary expectations and experience \- Submit documented CV Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: Onsite employment
