




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage payment review and scheduling, data entry into the system, and expense reporting and expenditure control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payment review and scheduling management 2. Expense reporting and expenditure control and tracking 3. Macro development and check issuance We are looking for an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** available immediately. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Residence in areas adjacent to Surquillo RESPONSIBILITIES: * Document review and payment scheduling * Entering payments into the system * Reviewing transfers for pending status * Communicating pending status to user departments * Reviewing expense reports and closing them in the system * Submitting charges to Accounting * Developing macros for Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders (SOs) * Controlling the supplies / maintenance / rental / travel allowance / petty cash ledger * Issuing checks for customer refunds * Controlling and tracking expense reports from user departments * Weekly expense forecasting **If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
