Job Objective: Support the company’s digital content creation, management, and optimization, ensuring an active, creative, and brand-identity-aligned presence on social media. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels). * Write compelling copy for social media posts. * Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Respond to messages and comments (community management). * Research trends and propose content ideas. * Assist in planning the monthly content calendar. * Monitor basic metrics (reach, engagement, growth). * Propose improvements based on results. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience managing social media (internships accepted). * Studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of tools such as: * Canva * Meta Business Suite * CapCut or similar * Strong writing and spelling skills.
