We are currently looking for a **Junior Project Manager** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of project phase execution and project management under the Scrum framework. * Intermediate knowledge of project management based on PMI best practices. * Basic knowledge of system analysis, system design, and programming. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and recommend improvement requests for applications. * Coordinate with Solutions Developers to implement necessary adjustments based on feedback from Quality Testers. * Conduct user acceptance testing to confirm requirement compliance. * Request production deployment of requirements upon approval by the Quality Manager. * Prepare project quotations according to client requirements. * Plan projects comprehensively: identify tasks, estimate timelines, and manage project resources. * Monitor adherence to project phases. * Collaborate with clients in defining project objectives and scope. * Prepare and present project progress reports. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract starting on the first day of work * Training opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * On-site work mode * Statutory life insurance Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
