Responsibilities: * Participate in production process stages. * Follow procedures established by the HACCP system and complete all required forms for each stage. * Provide a sample from each production process for the corresponding quality control analysis. * Identify and propose improvements to production processes. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. Required Skills * Education: Completed secondary education. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably within the food industry. * Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electricity or electronics and chemical products is desirable. * Familiarity with BPM, BPA, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and documentation management in the area is desirable. * Competencies: Responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
