Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders **IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions**, is looking for a **Semisenior Project Manager** to join a major company in the region. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of technology projects. * Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables. * Monitor adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. * Coordinate with technical, functional teams, and stakeholders. * Manage risks, incidents, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare progress reports and present results to management. * Ensure compliance with agile or traditional methodologies as required by the project. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience managing technology projects**. * Experience working with **multidisciplinary teams**. * Knowledge of **agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Jira, MS Project, or similar**. * Experience in risk management and tracking of deliverables. * Scrum Master or PMP certification is desirable. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Professional development opportunities. * Payroll-based employment contract.
