Provide support in managing the operational risk (OR) intake workflow, aligned with risk types within your scope (e.g., third party, technology, people, etc.). 2\. Support end-to-end analysis of the OR assessment lifecycle—from intake through monitoring—to ensure all risks are covered and mitigated. 3\. Identify technological risk levels, monitor implementation of minimum controls, and identify weaknesses for high-risk areas. 4\. Monitor outsourced services and track invoice payments and ANS compliance to load them into GOS—including testing of such items. 5\. Conduct Risk \& Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) for identified risks as part of evaluating critical processes reviewed under annual planning. 6\. Collaborate in monitoring operational risk management within the area, assessing the design and effectiveness of mitigation and control measures. 7\. Promote proactive operational risk management among area teams through committee presentations and awareness initiatives. 8\. Develop initiatives for continuous improvement of control model components and seek synergies with model stakeholders to strengthen collective resilience. 9\. Support assigned testing activities to ensure control robustness and identify improvement opportunities. 10\. Manage the GEUC inventory (identification, tiering, implementation of control frameworks, and monitoring). 11\. Perform recertification of access rights for distributed applications and critical Host (3270\) transactions. 12\. Promote risk culture through control workshops, Risk News distribution, Sharings, and training sessions. 13\. Support the operational risk intake workflow for services outsourced by subsidiaries. 14\. Monitor outsourced services and track invoice payments and ANS compliance to load them into GOS—including testing of such items. As this involves a subsidiary, related processes must be initiated prior to loading risks and controls. 15\. Perform testing on risks and controls loaded into MIGRO that belong to subsidiaries within the area’s scope. 16\. Provide advisory and hands-on support to process owners in managing operational risks inherent to the business nature of subsidiaries within the area’s scope. 17\. Carry out other duties assigned by leadership and drive continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. * Preferred: Specialization or postgraduate studies in Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Regulation, Auditing, Compliance, or related disciplines. * Experience: More than 6 years’ experience in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Management, Operational Risk, Internal Control, Auditing, or Compliance. * Mandatory: Experience in banking or financial institutions. * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, responding to audits and supervisory reviews, regulatory management, or strengthening the Control Model. * Preferred: Experience executing RCSA processes, control testing, or Control Model management. * Knowledge: Corporate Governance; Regulatory Management; Operational Risk and Control Model; Auditing and Internal Control; Project Management. * Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Power BI, Looker Studio, or analytics tools are preferred.
