Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Controls Engineer to plan, monitor, and control EP, EPC, and EPCM projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and scope. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Project Controls Engineer to join our engineering team, responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling EP, EPC, and EPCM projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, and scope. **Professional Profile** * Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineer or related field. * **3 to 4 years** of experience in Project Controls for **EP, EPC, or EPCM** projects. * Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and results-oriented capabilities. * Ability to coordinate with various disciplines and departments involved in the project. * Leadership skills to supervise and provide technical support to Junior Project Controls Engineers. **Knowledge Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Experience with Primavera P6 (desirable). * Knowledge of multi-level scheduling (Level 3, 4, 5, and 6\), Critical Path Method (CPM), S-curves, Earned Value Management (EVM), Forecasting, and Cash Flow. * Development and control of Look Ahead (3-Week Plan). * Monitoring and analysis of PPC (Percent Plan Complete). * Critical path and float analysis. * Risk management and change control. * Familiarity with Power BI (desirable). **Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and maintain project schedules (Level 3, 4, 5, and 6\) in Microsoft Project. * Monitor progress of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, and Commissioning, verifying achievement of project milestones. * Analyze critical path, schedule and cost variances, and develop recovery plans when necessary. * Prepare project controls reports (KPIs, S-curves, EVM, resource histograms, and Forecast). * Monitor budget, cash flow, and project valuations. * Coordinate with various disciplines and departments to ensure schedule compliance. * Supervise and provide technical support to Junior Project Controls Engineers. * Support planning and rescheduling of activities according to project needs. * Prepare executive project controls reports for decision-making. * Ensure proper use of project management, control, and planning tools. **Competencies** * Planning and organization. * Analysis and problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Leadership in supervising junior staff. **Work Arrangement** * On-site office work in Surco (Monday to Friday). **Availability** * Immediate (mandatory).
