Work Location: Camaná (Hybrid) Career Path Opportunity (\*\*) What will you do? 1\. Support in procedure management (e.g., medical leave exchanges, subsidies, registrations, dependents, lactation leaves, etc.) and recordkeeping. 2\. Accompany employees during health-related or other emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement, visits). 3\. Support in administration of private insurance programs: SCTR, FOLA, EPS, and VIDA LEY. 4\. Support in administration and sourcing of partnerships that provide benefits to employees. 5\. Address employee inquiries regarding medical leaves, benefits, and medical care—or refer them to the appropriate personnel or departments. 6\. Perform any other duties inherent to the position, as well as those assigned by your immediate supervisor. 7\. Comply with the company’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and regulations. 8\. Comply with procedures and guidelines specified for the Quality Management System. 9\.
