Coordination with staff Family-owned company specializing in Structural Engineering Projects and Mechanical Installations, as well as execution of Steel Structure Works; Air Conditioning and Industrial Ventilation Systems requires: An Administrative Secretary for the technical office to perform the following functions: \- Document management and administration \- Receiving and responding to clients and suppliers. \- Drafting emails and letters. \- Basic accounting document administration. \- Supporting the commercial department in tracking quotations and contracts. \- Providing administrative support to engineers and technicians in preparing reports. \- Coordination with staff. \- Preparing quotation requests and purchase orders.
