Work in a large-scale mining sector **PROGRESS CONTROLLER (QTY SURVEYOR) – MINING SECTOR** Location: Toromocho Project – MCP (Morococha) Work Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off Project Duration: 9 months Transportation covered from Lima **Job Description** A leading mining-sector company is seeking a **Progress Controller (Qty Surveyor)** for a large-scale project at a mining unit. We seek a technically qualified professional with experience in **field-based physical progress control, quantity surveying, and valuations**, capable of ensuring accurate tracking of project progress and its impact on costs. **Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)** * Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineer * Registered and licensed professional (mandatory) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining * Minimum 3 years’ experience in: * Physical progress control * Valuations * Field quantity surveying * Proficiency in: * Intermediate/advanced Excel * MS Project * Knowledge of: * S-Curve * Progress KPIs * Physical vs. financial control * Willingness to work at high altitude (+4800 msnm) **Key Responsibilities** * Measure and verify physical project progress in the field * Monitor executed quantity surveying * Prepare valuations for completed work * Compare actual vs. planned progress * Identify deviations and alert delays * Prepare productivity and performance reports * Coordinate with supervision, planning, and administration teams **Benefits** * 14 days on / 7 days off work schedule * Transportation covered from Lima to the mining unit * Participation in a high-impact mining project * Competitive market-aligned compensation conditions * Full payroll registration * Profit-sharing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,500.00 – S/.6,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in mining-sector projects? * Do you have experience in physical progress control, quantity surveying, and valuations in the field? * Have you performed physical progress control directly in the field (not only in the office)? * Are you available to work under a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule at the mining unit (high altitude)? * Please specify your academic degree and field of study * Please indicate your salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
