Technical evaluation of complex failures and proposal of action plans MDH is seeking a professional with strong technical and operational leadership to lead the execution and availability of the company's assets at headquarters and projects. Location: Campoy - San Juan de Lurigancho (On-site work with willingness to travel to projects as required). Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise, on-site/in workshop, the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the diamond drilling fleet. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protection standards across all maintenance activities. Manage allocated resources (technical personnel, tools, and workshops) to optimize equipment downtime. Conduct technical evaluations of complex mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical failures and propose action plans. Maintain direct communication with project site representatives to ensure continuous operational service delivery. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in maintenance supervision or coordination roles within diamond drilling or mining services companies. Knowledge: Solid experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems of diamond drilling rigs, maintenance performance indicator management, and budgetary control. Tools: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in MS Excel and corporate ERP systems. Valid driver’s license (internal or AIIB preferred).
