Process improvement through digitalization and automation We seek a young professional with high energy and strong growth motivation, recently graduated in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. **Key Competencies:** * Ability to quickly understand the business (not just tasks). * Strong proficiency in office tools with a focus on automation (not just basic usage). * High analytical capability * Information organization and structuring * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Confidentiality * Adaptability and rapid learning **Technical Knowledge** * Basic accounting (journal entries, financial statements, costs) * Basic finance (cash flow, profitability analysis) * Logistics and operations (supply chain concepts) * **Advanced Excel (mandatory):** * **Power BI** * Power Query * Macros (desirable) **Main Responsibilities** **Support** * Directly support management teams in project tracking, KPIs, and strategic tasks. * Support revenue, expense, and cash flow control. * Prepare basic financial reports (costs, margins, profitability). * Support reconciliations, billing control, and review of accounting documentation. * Monitor operational KPIs and generate alerts. **Automation and Data Management** * Design and optimize Power BI reports. * Consolidate information from different departments into automated dashboards. * Improve processes through digitalization and automation. Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
