




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Coordinator – Negotiator to conduct data collection and negotiations with landowners for infrastructure projects, ensuring fair and sustainable agreements. We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, guaranteeing nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Field Coordinator – Negotiator, to accurately collect data in the project’s designated area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. Responsibilities: * Motorcycle patrols along electrical transmission lines to monitor encroachments within easement corridors. * Notify owners of adjacent properties about risks and safety measures related to transmission lines. * Collect information and photographs. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress to immediate supervisor using prescribed formats. * Account for and efficiently utilize assigned resources. * Efficiently utilize assigned transportation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Technician. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphic database software. * Own motorcycle. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, good interpersonal skills, strong written communication, and ability to work under pressure.
