




Job Summary: We are seeking a Land Management Specialist – Negotiator to monitor, collect information, and negotiate with landowners for infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork monitoring transmission lines We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Land Management Specialist – Negotiator, to accurately collect data in the project’s designated area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. Responsibilities: * Patrol electrical transmission lines by motorcycle to monitor encroachments within right-of-way corridors. * Notify adjacent landowners about risks and safety measures related to transmission lines. * Collect information and photographs. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress to immediate supervisor using prescribed formats. * Account for and use allocated resources efficiently. * Use assigned transportation efficiently. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Electrician, or Electrical Technician. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphic database software. * Personal motorcycle required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, personable, strong writing skills, and ability to work under pressure.
