




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to manage and support personnel administration, payroll, and HR information management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the department. Objective: To manage and provide timely support for Personnel Administration, payroll, and HR information management processes, ensuring proper execution of activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of the department. Responsibilities: * Manage Personnel Administration processes, ensuring information accuracy and quality, * Manage payroll processes (incidents, attendance, vacations, leaves, overtime, and personnel movements). * Administer employment contracts, personnel files, onboarding, offboarding, and labor documentation. * Support HR administrative process automation, digitization, and continuous improvement, enhancing departmental operational efficiency. * Ensure information quality to strengthen analytics and decision-making. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR. * Knowledge of payroll and Personnel Administration processes (contracts, vacations, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel movements). * Knowledge of Labor Legislation. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Experience in mining-sector companies is desirable. * Availability to work under a 14x7 regime\.
