The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of labor laws and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. **Education:** * **Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources — Mandatory** * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. * Knowledge: Basic labor legislation, selection processes, and personnel administration. * Tools: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Job Description:** * **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Selection: Assist in resume screening and candidate scheduling. * Document Management: Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, system enrollments/terminations, and maintain employee files. * Personnel Control: Monitor attendance, tardiness, medical leaves, and vacation scheduling. Consolidate worked hours data for benefit and payroll processing. * Labor Procedures: Manage hiring, termination, and all required labor documentation with relevant authorities. * Workplace Climate and Well-being: Implement well-being activities and support internal communication. * Knowledge Management: Keep physical and digital HR department archives updated and organized. * \- Support compliance with labor regulations \- Conduct recruitment processes and interviews. \- Organize training sessions and medical examinations. \- Handle labor and administrative procedures. \- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and controlling payroll registers, as well as operating T\-Registro, PLAME, and AFP Net **Competencies:** * Organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Empathy and excellent communication skills. * Confidentiality, ethics, and high sense of responsibility. * Internal service orientation and conflict resolution ability. **Position Conditions:** * Work Mode: 100% on-site work in Puente Piedra. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
