Positive work environment LA SISTEMAS Y FLUIDOS SAC is a Peruvian company with over 10 years of experience exclusively specialized in the installation, marketing of equipment and fire protection systems; we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position: FIELD SUPERVISION ENGINEER **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Sanitary Engineering or Fluid Mechanics. * Minimum 2 years of field supervision experience. * Knowledge of fire water systems (installation, maintenance, and inspection). * Project management skills (planning, monitoring, and control). * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and MS Project. * Familiarity with NFPA standards applicable to fire protection systems. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork capabilities. * Willingness to work on-site. * Willingness to work outside Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site work execution. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and regulations. * Coordinate with technical teams and contractors. * Prepare progress reports, quality control reports, and project tracking reports. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunity. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Salary of S/ 2,000.00 – S/ 2,500.00 * SCTR insurance. * Contract duration: 2 months.
