Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronics/Automation Intern to support project development, fault resolution, and industrial control system configuration, contributing efficiently and safely. AN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND CONTROL COMPANY is looking for: POSITION: ELECTRONICS AND AUTOMATION INTERN VACANCIES: 1 ● ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate of Technical or University studies in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Controls, and/or Electrotechnics. \- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the position. ● KNOWLEDGE: **\* Position-specific knowledge:** \- Familiarity with programming, instrumentation, and control platforms such as "Rockwell Automation", "Siemens", "Schneider Electric", "Mitsubishi", "ABB", "Unitronics", "General Electric", Omron, Danfoss, etc. – Basic to Intermediate level. \- Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, and VFD control systems – Basic level. \- Knowledge of control networks and communication protocols: Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, HART, Modbus, Serial – Basic level. \- Adjustment/calibration and commissioning of field industrial instruments: controllers, recorders, converters, VCA, signal splitters, primary measurement elements, etc. – Basic level. \- Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems. \- Reading and interpretation of electrical, electro-pneumatic, and P\&ID diagrams. **\* Desired position-related knowledge:** \- Experience in developing, improving, and/or executing industrial automation projects. \- Programming and configuration of PLC, HMI, and DRIVER control equipment. \- Motion control systems (SERVODRIVERS). \- SCADA supervision systems. **\* Technical knowledge:** \- MS Office – Intermediate level \- MS Project or other project management software – Basic level. \- EPLAN Electric, AUTOCAD Electric, or other electrical design software – Basic to Intermediate level. \- Engineering English – Basic to Intermediate level. ● COMPETENCIES: \- Commitment \- Planning and organization \- Teamwork \- Responsibility ● JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support and contribute with judgment, efficiency, and safety in automation project development, fault/defect resolution, configuration, and commissioning for industrial control. \- Support and contribute, based on competencies, in delivering industrial automation services across multiple processes. \- Design, reading, interpretation, and/or analysis of electrical engineering and P\&ID diagrams. \- Configuration and/or programming and/or simulation of equipment in the laboratory. \- Support in electrical panel implementation, component assembly, and preventive maintenance. \- Support for installation, assembly, and/or maintenance of control, electrical, and electronic equipment in the field. \- Preparation of technical reports on completed work. ● WORK CONDITIONS: \- Internship/stipend contract for 6 months, with possibility of extension. \- On-site work \- Schedule: Mon.–Fri. 8 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. / Sat. 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. \- Work location: LIMA \- Preferred: Residence near ATE or Santa Anita. ● BENEFITS: \- Base stipend: S/. 1130 \- Additional Lima travel expenses (transportation and meals) covered at 30%. \- Continuous learning and training.
