Required Experience: -2 to 4 years of experience in business process analysis and design. -Experience in process elicitation and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE). -Participation in improvement, redesign, or automation projects. -Cross-functional collaboration with users and business areas. -Experience identifying improvement opportunities and translating business needs into operational solutions. -Familiarity with process simulation and operational scenario analysis is desirable. Specific Knowledge: -BPMN 2.0 and process modeling. -Elicitation techniques: interviews, workshops, observation, and surveys. -Root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto). -Identification of bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. -Definition of functional requirements and use cases. -Change management and user adoption. -Process metrics and measurement. -Tools: Visio, Miro, Bizagi, Lucidchart, Advanced Excel.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical 4 years of experience Keywords: analyst
