To succeed in this role, you’ll need:* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * **Relevant experience:** Minimum 3 years in process improvement areas; agile methodologies; software implementation projects—preferably in the insurance sector. * **Technical skills:** Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.). * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Certifications and methodologies:** Project management, agile methodologies, and data analysis.
