Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in mining and industrial projects, proactive, leadership-oriented, and capable of working effectively in teams to ensure quality in both field and workshop operations. Teamwork and leadership in quality-related activities We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience participating in projects and services within the mining and industrial sectors. A proactive, leadership-oriented individual, capable of teamwork and committed to assigned tasks. **Professional Profile** \- Industrial or Mechanical Engineer (or related field), duly registered and licensed. \- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the industrial or mining sector (preferred). \- Demonstrated experience participating in industrial or mining projects. (Participation in field operations as a Quality Engineer) \- Experience and involvement in mechanical installations (ventilation and air conditioning equipment) **Knowledge:** * Advanced-level Office software proficiency (preferred) * Intermediate English (preferred) * Ability to read engineering drawings (fabrication drawings and mechanical layout drawings for equipment, ducts, etc.) * Attach relevant certifications (e.g., inspector training or certifications) to your CV if available. **Responsibilities:** WORK IN LIMA \- (SURCO OFFICE / CALLAO OR OQUENDO WORKSHOP) Monday to Saturday \- 8:30 am – 6:00 pm * Preparation of WPS, WPQ, NDT protocols, FAT documents, and equipment certifications and fabrication records, as per project scope. * Preparation of weekly reports; management of KPIs related to fabrication and equipment supply. * Pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures. * Integration and submission of workshop fabrication quality dossiers. FIELD WORK AT MINING UNIT Work schedule: 20 days on-site / 10 days off * Review, monitor, and supervise compliance with procedures and the project’s quality assurance and quality control plan. * Periodic review and documentation of the quality assurance and quality control system. Equipment, material, and/or test certifications. * Inspection of work: equipment installation, ductwork, coatings, painting * Electrical wiring, grille and diffuser installation, etc. * Updating technical data sheets for materials required on-site. * Recording of quality protocols and/or forms per project work procedures. * Release of pending work according to work procedures. * Inspection of materials used on-site: condition upon arrival at site, usage during work, and work finish quality. Material receipt. * Collection of quality protocols. * Preparation of NPI, NRP, material logs, records, equipment logs, etc. * Development of Quality Plans, Operational Procedures, and Quality Dossiers. * Work location: La Libertad (on-site) **Submit: Documented CV to j.llave@americorpsac.com** * Indicate monthly salary expectations Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
